Your unlucky friend got a parrot named Polly a few years ago, and taught her to read and recognize shapes. Polly took it a few steps further and learned how to solve puzzle hunts.
One day, the cage door was open and Polly was gone. All that was left was a note saying to go to several spots around town and solve some puzzles to figure out where she went. But your friend isn’t that good at puzzles, and needs your help!
BAPHL 23 took place on Sunday, May 4, 2025 in Cambridge, MA.
A total of 66 teams participated: 45 in the Hard division and 21 in Normal.

Finishing Teams
BAPHL 23 featured thirteen puzzles and one metapuzzle, split across four locations. Upon leaving a location, teams would receive a wooden cube with a letter on each face, needed for the metapuzzle. When arriving at the final location, they would also receive a wooden tray that the cubes could fit into.
