The 26-year-old Victoria's Secret model flashed a bright smile, as she worked up a sweat in a tied-up navy t-shirt, which showcased her gym-honed midriff. 

As she enjoyed the fresh air, the stunner accentuated her toned legs in a pair of black sheer-paneled leggings.

'Happy Thursday,' Windsor exclaimed to her two million Instagram followers, before discussing her 'busy' day, which included a trip to the orthodontist. 

Despite wearing her retainer every night, she explained she could feel her teeth shifting. 

Additionally, she got her couch professional cleaned, talked about tending to her herb garden and made a healthy smoothie.

Her husband Johnny Barbara and their pup did not appear in the beauty's updates or stroll. 

The lovebirds, who married seven months ago, have been showing off their newlywed bliss, especially as they isolating at home together. 

Last month, to promote her swimwear line, DW Swim, Windsor's husband dutifully utilized his skills behind the camera and served as her photographer.

'It was to help me know I wasn't alone in that situation and that's why I'm doing this video, so that you guys know you're not alone,' she explained.
