The star's lingerie snap comes after she previously told how trolls had sent her cruel messages about her slender frame in the past.
Clelia was left heartbroken after splitting from her boyfriend- whose identity is unknown- and dropped to a tiny six stone.
Speaking to The Sun, the beauty shared: 'I get messages saying, "You looked so much better before. You're disgusting now. You're so skinny now", and stuff like that and I understand it because I did look better before.'

Revealing she is in a better place now, she added: 'But it's only been about three weeks where I've been able to eat again and get myself back to normal but I look 100 times better than what I looked like a few months ago.
'I dropped down to six stone, I was very gaunt, my mum was beside herself, it was awful and it wasn't on purpose.
'For a small person to lose that weight is a lot. I was eight stone.'
The star had a tough summer last year following the break down of her relationship as well as being embroiled in a feud with co-star Shelby Tribble.
